THE SUN'S OUT

the last few days have reminded me of the concept of spring and summer. the sun has been out for more than 5 minutes, my mood is hangin’ out on the brighter end of the spectrum, the siblings included ice cream in the weekly shop and (!!) i found a beat that’s got my body moving as if i were at an afro nation festival sans covid. there’s something quite playful about this burna boy song and i’ve thoroughly enjoyed having it on repeat all weekend; i’ve not even gotten to the point where i’m taking in the lyrics yet. anyway, how are you? hope all is good on your end and that the sun has visited you too.
